Written and performed by Frank Blocker, directed by Kathy Kelly Christos, the play runs 70 minutes and includes 20+ New York characters in an edgy comedy about landlord vs. tenants in a race against a new MTA subway line. Performances are November 27, December 4, and December 11 at 5:00 pm.
